Who we are

Framework Studio is responsible for the personal information this website collects (the "controller" under data protection law).

When you send us a message

The contact form sends us your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. We use them to reply to you and to deal with what you ask about.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or, when you ask about working with us, the steps you ask us to take before a contract.

We keep a message for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and then delete it.

Visiting this website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Like any website, the service that delivers it (Cloudflare) handles your device’s IP address to send you its pages and to protect it from attacks. When you send a form, we count how many messages come from your IP address for up to an hour, to stop spam. We don’t keep your IP address with your message.

Who else handles your information

We use service providers to run this website and the system that holds your messages. They act only on our instructions and must keep your information safe. That system and its backups are kept in the EU.

Where a provider handles information outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or give it to you in a form you can take elsewhere. You can also object to how we use it.

To do any of these, email jordan@frameworkstudio.ie. We reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
