Bookings that don't need the phone
Clients pick a treatment and a time on your website, on their phone, whenever suits them. You see the request in your inbox and confirm it, so the diary stays yours.
The portal can email them a reminder the day before. You can also take a deposit when they book, paid by card into your own Stripe account, which takes the sting out of no-shows.
Everything else in the salon, in one place
The portal uses your words: clients and appointments, not customers and jobs.
- Your price list, opening hours and photos on the website, which you change and publish yourself.
- Every client with their phone number, email and notes, so you know who's due back.
- The team's schedule for the week, a time clock on their phones, and leave requests.
- Invoices and receipts with Irish VAT, and a link to pay by card.
- Memberships or courses of treatments that clients pay for monthly, if you offer them.
- After an appointment, a polite email asking for a Google review.
Which plan a salon needs
Online booking, reminders, schedules and invoices come with the Everything plan, at €75 a month. If you only want a website that brings in enquiries for now, start on the Website plan at €25 and move up when you're ready.
Either way there's a €100 setup fee, no minimum term, and your domain is registered in your name.
