Who we are

These terms apply when you buy goods from Framework Studio through this website.

Ordering and payment

You choose your items, give us your details and pay by card at checkout. Card payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Your order is accepted when we send you an email confirming it. If an item turns out not to be available, we will tell you and refund you for it.

The total shown while you fill your basket is an estimate. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, before you pay.

Prices

Prices are in euro (€). Where we are registered for VAT, the prices shown include it. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Collection and delivery

At checkout you choose to collect your order or, where we offer it, to have it delivered to the address you give us. The checkout tells you how and when to collect, or what delivery costs and how long it takes.

Please make sure the address you give us for delivery is correct and complete.

Your right to cancel

If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods or collect them. If your order has several items delivered separately, they start when you receive the last one.

To cancel, tell us clearly that you want to, by email to jordan@frameworkstudio.ie with your name and the order you mean. You may use any wording. You can also send it by post to our address above.

We will refund what you paid for the goods, and the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of the day we learn that you are cancelling. We may wait until we have the goods back, or you show you have sent them back, whichever is first. We refund to the card you paid with.

Please send the goods back to us, or bring them in, within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. Unless we have agreed otherwise, you pay the cost of returning them, and you are responsible for any drop in their value caused by handling them more than is needed to see what they are like.

When you cannot cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your order or clearly personalised, to goods that can spoil or go out of date quickly (such as fresh food), or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once you have opened the seal.

Faulty or wrong goods

The goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, contact us at jordan@frameworkstudio.ie and we will put it right. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
